LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA, May 11, 2017 — Advanced Clutch Technology (ACT) has released new Heavy Duty and Xtreme clutch kits for the 2003-2012 Honda Accord and 2009-2014 Acura TSX.

ACT’s new clutch kits for the Accord include a Heavy Duty (HD) or Xtreme (XT) pressure plate, Streetlite flywheel, a choice of disc, release bearing, pilot bearing, and alignment tool. The Heavy Duty pressure plate incorporates hardened diaphragm fingers for decreased wear and provides a 35% increase in clamp force over the stock unit; with the Xtreme providing a 78% increase in clamp force over the stock unit.
